Turn your expertise into an evergreen group programme that serves clients deeply in just a few hours a week
Then fill it, without exhausting launches
You’re here on your quest to find a business model that feels good for you
One that is simple, sustainable and affords you genuine freedom… whether that’s to walk your dog, spend time with your kids or take regular weeks off to go travelling.
And that isn’t…
1.
A calendar crammed with 1-1 calls that leaves you exhausted and doubting whether you can do this for the next 10 years
2.
Your typical membership where you’re on a content-creating hamster wheel, trying to attract and retain members for £25 a month
3.
Cohort group programmes where you’re stuck in launch-deliver cycles, forcing clients to progress at the same pace and in reality leaving half behind
What you want is a way to make more money and expand the number of people you can serve… without spending more time working, or going through the burnout-inducing stress of launching over and over again
The answer isn’t that you have to do more — the answer, actually is to simplify
Design or refine one high-impact group programme which you can enrol into any time — without having to launch it again and again.
Here’s the beauty of an Evergreen Group Programme
Get known for doing one thing really well so you get easily referred
Create your curriculum once and never repeat yourself again
Serve clients deeply in just 3 hours a week
Enrol clients any time and move away from high-pressure launches
Wake up to leisurely dog walks, creative time in your calendar and Fridays off
I know this may sound too good to be true, but this is what I’ve done for myself, and this is what I help my clients with in my mentorship programme: Amplify
The details
What you won’t hear from me is a load of hyped statements and false promises. I’m not selling you the missing piece. I won’t lure you in with sugar-coated case studies and phrases like ‘this could be you’.
I don’t want you to get to the end of this page and feel persuaded to join.
I’d prefer you read the information, watch on my free content (my Workshop Series on How To Scale An Evergreen Group Programme is a great place to start) to see if you resonate and book a call if you want to explore if this is a good fit for you.
What I have created in Amplify is the curriculum, structure, community and accountability to create an evergreen programme you are proud of, that delivers incredible client results, and to fill it ethically and sustainably using good marketing so you make great money.
I will break it down for you, so you can implement each step without feeling overwhelmed or procrastinating.
Here’s what we work on together:
Step 1
Create Or Improve Your Evergreen Group Programme
Our goal is to create something truly scalable, that cleverly leverages your time and makes you more money, whilst serving deeply and giving clients an awesome experience.
1.
Hone the positioning and messaging of your group programme
In an economic climate where niche matters more than ever, we’ll ensure you’re focused on a market who can pay, where you can add the most value, and where you’ll feel the most satisfaction.
2.
Create your evergreen Goldilocks Group Programme Structure
Keep your client delivery time under 3 hours a week with a programme designed to support your clients without you having to be there every minute. That means more work up front to build a curriculum, but then the ‘you time’ required is minimal.
3.
Turn your expertise into a Signature Pathway you can get known for
Structure your curriculum so your clients stay engaged, recognise their progress, and get incredible results (as a former teacher, this one of my areas of expertise). You’ll learn which critical errors to avoid to ensure your programme isn’t one of the many that people never complete.
The end result:
Every new client feels confident, excited and supported moving through your programme, and you deliver repeatable results without clogging your diary with calls.
Step 2.
Add 5-10 clients to your group programme at a time, without the need for a high-pressure launch
Most people I chat with find launching exhausting and high-pressured, or feel it’s incongruent with their introverted personality.
What’s good about launches is they have you focus intentionally on growing your audience and selling. With an evergreen strategy, instead, we want to focus on consistent audience growth and sales each month.
Your audience doesn't need a launch to buy from you… they just need the right offer at the right time for them. And you just need a repeatable enrolment process.
1.
Run a low-key conversation enrolment
You’ll learn The Gentle 10 - a set of 10 offer posts that get your Buy Now prospects to raise their hands for your offer (without the need for an all-out launch).
Clients come from conversations, and you’ll learn how to confidently and kindly have those conversations that lead to sales.
2.
Design a live webinar
Webinars allow your hottest prospects to take a step closer to you and learn about your point of view and solution.
I’ll give you my complete Connect & Invite Webinar Template, so you can deliver this confidently and enrol clients just by being you.
3.
Refine your sales process
There’s no One Right Way to make a sale — we’ll find the combination that works best for you, whether that’s sales calls, or selling via google doc, video, workshops or through DMs (I’m a huge fan of having a conversation in some form).
Crucially, I’ll show you how to sell the value of a group programme in your sales conversations - and crush any of those lingering self-doubts that group is ‘second-rate to 1-1’ so you ooze confidence in your programme.
And, if you feel you need to increase your authority and credibility in your niche before launching your evergreen programme, we’ll spend 30-60 days building your audience and authority before you start selling.
The end result:
You’ve enrolled your first 5-10 clients and got your evergreen group off the ground.
Step 3.
Create your evergreen marketing and sales ecosystem to fill your programme on repeat
Instead of the intense effort and energy that goes into a live launch, we aim to create simple automations which bring in new leads, nurture them and give them the opportunity to buy… when the time is right for them.
Do the work once to build your simple funnel, so your content does the hard work for you.
1.
Create simple automations
We’ll create a lead magnet to attract the right audience and write a welcome sequence which immediately converts those ready to buy now (typically 10%) whilst nurturing those who aren’t. Most clients come to us with a lead magnet which is far too broad and does not qualify their audience for those ready to buy now. We change that.
2.
Cultivate a relationship with your audience using powerful content
Next, we implement your ‘buy later’ strategy. This is what launching totally ignores. Most of your audience isn’t ready to buy now (around 90%). You need a way of keeping those people in your world and nurturing them until they are. This is all about consistency of message and building deep trust and credibility.
We’ll create a Netflix Effect of powerful content - and case studies - for your audience to binge on, and will always invite them to the next step, so you have leads dropping into your inbox every week.
3.
Grow your audience by 100 a month
Finally, we’ll create a strategy to grow your audience by 100 new leads each month, so you can be confident you have leads you want for your group programme. This could be leveraging other people’s audiences, honing your organic strategy or using paid ads.
If you’re running ads, we have a step-by-step process to help you get this up and running without any additional set up cost, and our fabulous Ads Strategist Sophie on hand to help you. You can get started with ads for £300 a month ad spend and take this audience growth task off your to-do list for good.
The end result:
A powerful automated client journey which takes cold leads from ‘who are you?’ to ‘I’m so glad I found you’.
By the end of your time in Amplify, you’ll have your evergreen group programme set up so you can enrol clients on a monthly basis with just 3-5 hours of client delivery per week.
Making money with this model is as easy and sustainable as it gets (easy money doesn’t exist — but easier money that allows you time to exercise, raise your kids and walk your dog? That’s absolutely possible.)

✔️ 2 Resident Experts:
Copy Coach, Lauren, gives detailed feedback on everything you create - sales copy, emails, social posts, lead magnets, landing pages etc.
Ads Strategist, Sophie, runs a month Ads Clinic to help you set up, run and optimise your ads so you can automate your lead flow for your group programme.
Best fit requirements
You have worked with paying clients. You’re shit hot at what you do and have confidence in your expertise.
You have 500+ on a mailing list or 1000+ on a social media platform. The only exception to this is if you have a strong referral network you can leverage, or access to companies that can feed you multiple leads at once.
You have been nurturing your audience in some way over the last 6 months - as in, you haven’t been hiding under a rock not talking to anyone.
You want to sell a group programme over £500. Typically my clients create programmes that sell for between £1000 - £5000 (once you’ve overcome some mindset hurdles!). If you want to sell a £29 course, this is not the programme for you.
Don’t meet the requirements yet? Let’s get you there!

OK so how do I join Amplify?
I chat to every person who is considering joining to check if it's a good fit first - on both sides. If I’m not confident I can help you, I’ll let you know.
If it’s a good fit, we’ll book another call to go through all the details. By the end of the two calls, the goal is you’re either a ‘hell yes’ or a ‘respectfully no’. Either is cool with me.
Lauren Leopold
“Since I've started, I have had two 10k months, which is something I never ever thought was possible”
Gareth James
Shifted his programme from monthly cohorts to one evergreen group programme.
“Every day I’m getting messages from people asking if they can join my programme. I deliver better outcomes for clients and have more time to spend with my family.”
Dan Smith
“On average with bringing on between two and three coaches a week without having to launch. And that for me is way more comfortable than bringing on 15 at one go”

FAQs
-
I work with clients in a wide variety of industries. I have worked with coaches (business, leadership, poker, health, mindset, sales), therapists, tutors, physical therapists, fertility experts, dog trainers, sleep consultants and more. The common thread is they all want to create a more leveraged model to serve their clients in a group, and sometimes hybrid group and 1-1.
-
Absolutely. We'll look at your existing client base, where you have the most credibility, who you can deliver the biggest ROI to and where your zone of genius is to hone in your profitable niche.
-
Yes. About half my clients join with an existing group programme. Either because they want to shift from a cohort model to evergreen and remove high-pressure launches, or they already have an evergreen programme but want to improve their messaging, marketing and sales systems to enrol more clients into it.
-
In our kick-off call, I’ll help figure out the right pace for you.
A good pace through Amplify would be committing 2-4 hours a week to watch the training and implement.
We then have a 90 minute group call on a Tuesday or Thursday where I help you apply stuff to your business and you get the chance to learn from others.
-
Nope! I’ll share my favourite tools but there is no requirement to use them. I show you how to create a minimum viable product which costs virtually nothing. Our group uses a huge range of tech and we openly share what we love (and what we don’t!).
-
It’s kind of up to you. I’ve had clients take their evergreen group programme to market within a month, and others have taken 3-6 months. You can be the tortoise or the hare. There’s no right or wrong - just your own timeline and how much time you can commit.
-
No. There are a lot of people who will teach you how to build a ‘high-converting automated webinar’. The problem is, these are tech-heavy, cumbersome to create, and often they don’t work - and it’s hard to figure out why. Plus, they’re often filled with salesy BS instead of actual value.
Personally, I don’t love buying from automated webinars either - it feels impersonal and salesy.
I prefer creating buying experiences that are led by human connection. That might be live workshops, sales calls or chatting via DMs and sending people to a google doc or sales page.
You may want to test an automated webinar once you’ve mastered selling your programme, but I don’t believe it’s a sensible place to start. It’s too easy to put in a shit load of work and make no sales. Automation follows mastery.
If you want to create an automated webinar, I’m not the best person to help you with that.
-
I enrol up to 5 new Amplifiers each month. Assuming I have space, you can start as soon as we can make our calendars align. Please note, I don't work in August.
-
Nope! All welcome. When I started my business i worked with mums in business helping them leave the corporate rat race like I did. This niche became less relevant for me as my business evolved and I now work with anyone who would like to start or grow a group programme.
-
The guarantee I offer is that I will work with you until your programme has sold. Many of my clients make their investment back with the first launch of their programme.
Although some of my clients aim for and do reach 10K (and even 20K) months, I cannot guarantee a certain income level. Your results are heavily dependent on the individual effort and commitment you bring to the process, as well as your experience, audience size and industry.
Everyone's situation is unique and personal circumstances such as existing support systems and external stressors can also massively impact the pace of your progress.
What I do guarantee is that my programme is thoughtfully crafted and based on proven methodologies that I use and over 100 clients have implemented. I am 100% committed to supporting you every step of the way.
I have many case studies you can read of clients who have worked with me on the 'client stories' page of my website.
