✔️ 45 min 1-1 kick-off call  - in this session, we’ll go deep on your niche and messaging, as well as create a roadmap of our 4 months working together to set you up for success.

✔️ Offer Lab learning pathway - all 5-15 minute videos which get you to implement as you watch so you can move forward quickly in bitesize chunks, even if you’re easily distracted.

✔️ (Almost) Weekly group calls - This is your opportunity to troubleshoot challenges, be held accountable and get help on anything you need. We meet 3 weeks out of 4 every month on Tuesdays, 2 - 3:30pm and Thursdays, 10 - 11:30am UK time.

✔️ Unlimited 1-1 support from me - call me crazy, but you can book 30 minutes with me whenever you need it because sometimes you just need to go deeper than you can on group calls.

There is one requirement to join: you must have worked with and gotten results for paid clients. 

This is not for beginners starting their business. This is for service-providers who have experience working 1-1, but want to become known as a specialist and start a one-to-many offer.

Offer Lab Guarantee

Firstly, please only join Offer Lab if you’re committed to showing up, learning and taking action. I can guarantee you, you’ll be in the same place in 4 months if you don’t.

But here’s my guarantee to you: if you complete and implement all the modules, attend at least 8 live sessions and put in a good-faith effort during the 4 months, and you still have not sold your offer (either in a group format or 1-1), I will write your offer for you and work with you until you have. 

Some questions you might have….

  • Basically because we’re coming at it from a ‘niche the offer’ perspective so you’ll be far more confident choosing a hyper niche, and you’ll then test it in the marketplace. We’ll go through the process of hone/test as many times as we need to, and will hold the whole process lightly instead of putting pressure on you to ‘get it right’. Your niche comes from doing, not thinking about it.

  • I want to be really frank with you. You need an audience and consistent lead flow to fill a group programme.

    But running a small beta or creating a group programme to use 1-1 whilst you grow your audience is 100% doable.

    I want you to go into this with your eyes wide open. If you don't currently market, you'll need to start (after we've fully validated your offer).

    The whole idea behind this programme is to test your niche and offer in the marketplace before you create anything. You’ll sell your programme before you’ve created all the content or gone deep into marketing. If the market says no, we change tact.

    Test, refine, repeat. And as per my above guarantee, as long as you put in the work, I will work with you until we reach this point.

  • Offer Lab is Stage One of Amplify where we design your course/group programme and test it. You can do this step before you have an audience as you can leverage your network/referrals. In Stage Two of Amplify, I help clients turn their group programme into an evergreen format, so you can enrol into it month on month without high pressure launches (you need an audience to fill this confidently each month). As part of this, we design out your marketing and funnels to fill your programme consistently e.g. running ads, creating a lead magnet, designing your email nurture sequence, running workshops, optimising your sales process.

    You’ll be part of the Amplify community during our 4 months together, and if you want to continue on to do the above work, we can book a call to chat about it.

  • Yes. To join Amplify Stage 2, you need an audience of at least 500 people. But for Offer Lab, we’re basically testing a group offer in a quick and dirty way using your existing network and relevant communities. Once you’re confident in your group programme niche, you can then focus on growing an audience of these ideal clients, preparing you for Amplify.

  • I recommend committing 2-4 hours a week to watch and implement the content.

    Then I recommend you attend our 90 minute group call.

    There are 2 call times each week to suit different availabilities. (and we meet 3 weeks out of 4). Our call times are Tuesdays 2-3:30pm and Thursdays 10-11:30. I recommend coming to one call each week for feedback, support and accountability.

  • I onboard a maximum of 2 clients into Offer Lab each month. Assuming I have space, you can start as soon as we can get our calendars to align for our 1-1 kick off call.
