I was so tired of the feast and famine cycles that I was going through as a business owner. Launching live cohorts was exhausting, I’d be busy supporting the current live cohort but unable to think about how to fill the next cohort in six months time. I also had nothing automated in my business so it felt so arduous and it was an ineffective use of my time as a business owner.

Whenever my live cohorts would wrap up, I’d realise I didn’t have any new people to bring in to the next cohort. I’d have calls with people who were a “yes” but then by the time the next cohort started in three months time, they weren’t in the right place to join.
I needed to decide if what I was doing was just a hobby and a side hustle or if it was my vocation which I need to be making money from to sustain myself without having to supplement my income with other things. When I heard about Gemma’s work it was like a lightbulb moment and I signed up within a week of hearing her name!
The evergreen model is so simple - people can join when they’re genuinely ready, without having to push the “now or never mindset”.
I now have something that I’ve wanted for years, which was a magnificent online learning portal, where people can work through the modules at their own pace. We have three group calls a month and live Q&A circles. With Gemma’s programme I was able to achieve this and take it from a distant dream to a “well-oiled machine”.

Some of the biggest mindset changes I’ve had is that people are looking for this information so I know that every email I send, every piece of marketing I do or every ad I pay for is a gift.
I really changed my mindset from 'oh, no pressure, but if you're interested' to be like, 'You want this. Aren't you ready for this? I can help you.'"
The mindset shift for me specifically came from the module on sales calls, and realising they’ve booked this call with me and I just need to reflect back to them and show up and be the leader.

What should others know about working with Gemma?
In the program with you, I really learned that I was allowed to do it in my voice. Like I was allowed to do it in my style.

What are you looking forward to next?
Turning up the dial on people knowing who I am and knowing what I offer and knowing what I do. Teaching and speaking and Facebook ads and knowing that everyone that crosses my path just has this beautiful journey that they get to go on when they opt into my world.
