Before working with Gemma…
I had been running my business full-time for just under two years. It was really successful and I was full with 1:1 clients. But I was getting to the point where I had no capacity to make more money, and I was getting tired. I didn’t see a way forward to grow that felt good.
I had run a beta version of a group programme before, and I loved the dynamics of having a group but it was very stressful trying to launch and fill it, so Gemma’s approach to Evergreen group programmes really appealed to me.
My hesitations were…
When I joined Amplify I had high hopes, but I struggled to see how to get to the point of where other people were.
I had a lot of resistance to doing Facebook Ads, due to cost.
Lauren’s Key Points
I didn’t have a great lead flow in the beginning and struggled with this, but I really worked on the lead flow.
I got a content plan in place, started doing ads, and have a great lead flow in place now. My sales process is really slick.
Using Gemma’s suggestions of Sell By Chat and 15 minute gameplan calls, I’m able to pre-qualify people before getting on a sales call.
I have a good foundation in place for leads and it’s good to know it works to get people into my world.
I had some resistance to using Ads because of the investment. But it got to the point where although everything else was working, it was slow.
I did the Facebook Ads module in Amplify and thought I’d just try it for three months and see how it goes. Within 4-6 weeks, my email list exploded, and people were coming into my Facebook group and booking gameplan calls. Ads are now a permanent thing in my business.
I set up the Ads completely by myself, with the help of the module in Amplify, and some support from Sophie the Ads expert in Amplify.
I would never have set up my Ads if it wasn’t for the module in Amplify. It’s broken down really easily and Sophie has great ideas on how to improve them.
Amplify has been a game changer for my business. I’ve got a really slick group programme, in terms of how to deliver it, the tech side, and I’m much more confident to go out and sell it.
From a personal perspective it’s been huge for my mindset. When I came into Amplify and saw others’ results I thought I’d never be able to do that. But when I got talking to the others in the group I realised they were just like me and it made me realise that I can do it too. That was the biggest turn around for me. It made my big goals really seem possible and achieveable.
What are you looking forward to next?
I want to get to 80% group, 20% 1:1. I’m going VAT registered in January which is a huge business milestone.
Also, I just want to get more amazing women into this programme. It’s fantastic seeing them support each other.

Anyone who not just wants to create a group programme, but also wants a complete uplevel of your mindset and business. It’s not just a group programme on group programmes!
